Our Leadership Team

Joshua J. Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of Wyven and serves on its board of directors.

Before being named CEO in January 2022, Joshua co-founded Wyven with a vision to create technology solutions that drive meaningful change rather than just efficiency. He brings extensive experience in full-stack development and has led technical teams across multiple organizations, playing a key role in developing strategic partnerships and ensuring the company's growth in competitive markets.

Prior to Wyven, Joshua served as Director & Full Stack Engineer at Ultra Teque Systems, where he holds a 25% ownership stake and leads technical development initiatives. He also worked as Senior Software Engineer at Sakiso Digital and Full Stack Engineer at Clarity Smart Tech, where he developed significant expertise in building scalable applications.

Swithurn Sagonda is the Chief Operating Officer of Wyven and serves on its board of directors.

Before being named COO in January 2023, Swithurn worked as an Economic Analyst at the Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency (ZIDA), where he developed expertise in economic analysis, investment facilitation, and operational management. He brings strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to optimize business operations and drive growth.

Swithurn's background in economics and development, combined with his operational experience, enables him to effectively manage Wyven's business processes, client relationships, and strategic planning initiatives.
